I felt this seemingly insatiable desire for more.

At fifteen I knew there was a life beyond my eating disorder, a life beyond my depression, and life beyond my comfortable, safe space in Westchester, NY. Subsequently, when I found yoga I also found what I longed for: tools to live out my life of Truth, Love, and Freedom.

Once I embarked on my yoga journey I tasted the sweetness of liberation. Finally, I had methods to tangibly untether myself from my insecurities, from my fears, and from the things that no longer served me. From there, it was possible to connect to my Purpose; I now feel called to empower others for the sake of their own liberation.

I offer movement, meditation, breath-work, reiki, and coaching to help create freedom in your life, your body, and your mind.
